1. Overview

This website (https://woodcraftchina.com) is operated by Pianofabrik Lenzen GmbH, Germany, and owned by Shun Biu Shing Trading Co., Ltd., Hong Kong. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all additional terms referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Products and Services
We specialize in solid wood furniture, modular systems, and custom designs. All products are crafted using natural materials — variations in texture, color, or grain are inherent characteristics of solid wood and shall not be considered defects.
Custom orders and made-to-order products are produced according to the specifications confirmed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust dimensions or details slightly due to material characteristics or design updates that improve quality or functionality.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website are shown in the indicated currency (EUR, USD, or CNY depending on region). Prices exclude shipping, import duties, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at the time of order confirmation through the methods offered on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
4. Custom Orders
Custom furniture or tailored projects are non-refundable once production has started.
A deposit (usually 30–50%) may be required upon order confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or installation.
We provide design drawings and technical confirmations before production. Once the client approves, changes cannot be made without a written agreement and may incur additional costs.
5. Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery for standard (non-customized) products.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
- Products damaged by improper use, storage, or assembly.
- Display models or discounted clearance items.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The product shows minor use not caused by us.
- Parts are missing due to customer mishandling.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first at

Please do not send any return or exchange items directly to the manufacturing facility without prior approval.
7. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us to receive a return authorization and shipping address.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
8. Warranty
All Many Woodcraft products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Natural variations in wood texture or color;
- Damage from improper assembly, use, or maintenance;
- Environmental conditions such as humidity or sunlight exposure.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and layouts — is the property of Many Woodcraft / Pianofabrik Lenzen GmbH. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this site without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where required by law.
We make every effort to ensure product accuracy, but minor variations in color, finish, or size may occur.
11. International Orders
For customers outside of Hong Kong or China, orders may be fulfilled from our Hong Kong office or production facility in Zhuhai, China.
Delivery times and shipping costs may vary by region.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and compliance with local regulations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Disputes may be resolved under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
