Why Choose Custom
Our Process
A clear and human-centered process — from idea to reality.
1. Consultation & Concept Discussion
We begin by listening. Tell us about your space, habits, and preferred materials. You may provide floor plans, mood boards, or photos. Our design team will study your requirements and propose initial concepts.
2. Design Proposal & 3D Visualization
We develop detailed sketches or 3D visual renderings to help you visualize your piece. Measurements, joinery details, and modular components are refined to fit your exact needs.
3. Quotation & Agreement
Once the design is approved, we provide a detailed quotation, including materials, finishes, and estimated lead time. A deposit (typically 30–70%) confirms the order and starts production scheduling.
4. Production & Finishing
Your furniture is crafted in our Zhuhai workshop, where modern precision meets traditional craftsmanship. Each part is checked for alignment, finish, and durability before assembly.
5. Quality Control & Packaging
Before shipment, each piece undergoes a detailed inspection to ensure perfect fit and finish. We use eco-conscious, reinforced packaging for safe international delivery.
6. Delivery & Installation
We coordinate delivery through trusted logistics partners. For large projects, installation guidance or on-site assembly is available. Once installed, we ensure every detail aligns with your expectation.
7. After-Sales Support
We stand by our craftsmanship. You’ll receive documentation for maintenance, cleaning, and wood care. Our team remains available for long-term support and adjustments.
